Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Please note that Postnet & Paxi courier services are NOT door-to-door courier services.

The shipping amount will be added on your chart during check-out.

Courier Guy: 2-4 working days.

Paxi (Pep Store): 7 to 9 working days. 

Postnet: 3 to 5 working days.

Please provide us with the nearest Pep shop or Postnet in the address section should you opt for those options.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We currently only ship to the UK & USA at a flat rate fee of R950 for orders up to 10kg.

International orders arrive within 20-30 business days.

Please note that  all additional charges relating to customs, duties and import taxes, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the customer’s responsibility.

Delievery times may be affected by delays in customs, Vintage Thrift Hub has no control over customs fees or delays. You may contact your local customs office to determine customs costs and estimated delivery times.
